Joe passed away in 2000. I saw Joe a year prior to the accident at the Ellettsville Fall Festival. I was extremely grateful that I had a chance to talk to him and apologize for an incident that transpired during our HS years. His response to my apology was very gracious, just as I had remembered Joe being. The encounter will forever be etched in my memory.
Joe is deeply missed, It's a tragedy when accidents happen like that. If you're in the construction field make sure all OSHA rules are being abided by, and don't let your STUPIDVISOR tell you to do something unsafe.
